  Due to expansion we are now looking for a Used Car Sales Advisor in both, Brigthon and Hove.

  At KAP, we always strive to provide our customers with the best customer service around. Our staff is knowledgeable about all our cars and services - we are looking for a passionate individual to join this team to be a friendly expert to our customers.

  The Role
  • Used Car Sales Executive in a high-volume dealership
  • You will be required to assist customers through a seamless purchase of their vehicle from viewing and test drive to financing options and delivery
  • Naturally building a rapport with customers to help identify their needs 
  • Delivering an outstanding customer motoring experience through honesty and trust 
  
  The Person
  • Previous experience gained from within the automotive industry is desirable
  • A full and valid UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent relationship building, customer facing skills
  • Honest, respectful with strong sense of integrity
  • Committed; meets deadlines without compromising the quality of work
  • Demonstrates the ability to works well under pressure

  Job Role

  To achieve vehicle sales, finance sales, accessory sales volumes and profit objectives through motivating and developing the sales team and ensuring that each customer receives excellent customer service. As a Car Sales Manager, your Key Objectives will be to:

  • Maintain standards of performance of the sales team through effective coaching and performance management.
  • Recruit and select the sales team members in line with organisational and the Dealerships requirements.
  • Manage the mix and specification of new vehicles based on sales trends, local market intelligence, including the allocation and production constraints.
  • Manage the profitable supply and sale of used vehicles.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through the understanding and adherence to customer satisfaction indicators within the dealership.
  • Implement and develop customer follow up systems and procedures to increase customer loyalty.
  • Maximise commercial opportunities through developing and implementing effective and consistent events and campaigns.
  • Regularly communicate and interact with members of all departments to develop the business

  
  Previous Management experience in car sales is essential. If you are an experienced Sales Manager then this is a great opportunity to further your career within a Franchised main dealership.
