Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the full sales process — from first enquiry to handover
- Sell new and used vehicles from brands including Ford, Renault, Nissan, Dacia,
OMODA, JAECOO and more
- Deliver a positive, professional, and friendly customer experience
- Achieve personal and team sales targets for vehicles, finance, and value-added
products
- Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom and follow up with leads and prospects
- Stay up-to-date with stock, offers, and brand training
Requirements:
- Previous experience in car sales or customer-facing retail roles is preferred
- A strong communicator who builds relationships easily
- Target-driven and proactive in your approach
- Weekend working is required as part of a 5-day rota
- A full UK driving licence is essential

We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Service
Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our busy vehicle service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with service bookings, enquiries, and drop-offs
- Schedule workshop appointments and manage the service diary
- Keep customers informed on progress, costs, and any additional work required
- Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure accurate communication and timing
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain service records
- Support service advisors and contribute to a smooth front-of-house operation
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service or front-of-house role preferred (automotive
experience a plus)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident with phone, email, and digital booking systems
- A helpful, calm, and positive manner — especially in busy periods
- Weekend working required as part of a rota
- Full UK driving licence essential
