 Load Area Protection

We understand that your pickup can be used for a variety of different purposes, and so we provide 3 very diferent load liners to suit your individual requirements.

PLASTIC LINER - The traditional plastic liner is molded to the precise dimensions of the load area and provides a durable protection for all internal surfaces, including the tailgate. This type of liner is compatable with all other accessories and doesnt affect the Navara C-Channel tie down system. This is the cheapest form of bed protection.

BED RUG - This Marine style polyester fibre bonded foam provides the flattes floor option for the load area. Tough and Durable, the Bed Rug is resistant to Petrol, Oil, Grease and Chemicals. The non skid surface is easy to clean by vacuum or hose. This is the most expensive option for bed protection.

THE SPRAY ON LINING - Is a spray-applied polyurethane coating that permanently bonds to your load area and protects it from corrosion and impact damage caused by water penetration, chemical spillage, residual debris and shifting loads.

It moulds perfectly to your vehicle helping to retain maximum load area capacity and significantly reduce noise and vibration. The textured, slip resistant finish also increases personal safety when working in the load area. The Spray on lining can be applied in a variety of thickness depending on the application, is completely flexible so wont warp or split and is highly resistant to tear and puncture damage, protecting your vehicle and the loads it is carrying.

With the characteristics of the Spray Liner you will no longer get sand / grit / foreign bodies working their way between the liner and the vehicle. Teamed up with the natural movement that other liners have, this can cause the vehicles factory fitted paintwork protection to be worn away accelerating any corrosion.

Prices are dependant on the size of bed, but is only slightly more expensive than the more traditional plastic liner, for a far superior level of protection.
