NOTE is not your conventional family car.  So let's be unconventional and start at the rear.  There is no missing or mistaking NOTE's distinctive rear boomerang shape lights - they make a last impression as powerful as the first.

That is what makes NOTE stand out:  inspirational design that captures the imagination, combining bold styling and practical space.  With NOTE, there is a lot to enjoy that is unexpected. 

Though the space it takes on the road is modest, its styling is anything but.  Original, assertive, and lovable, it is also rather clever.  For example, the raised sidelights on top of each headlight makes it easy to judge the width of the car.  And the slight upwards sweep to the rear of the roof increases stability at crusing speed.  NOTE is simply brilliant every day!

Wherever you look inside NOTE, there is another little clever storage space.  The glove box has a huge 9 litre compartment that can be chilled by the air conditioning (Acenta and Tekna only), plus a seperate 4 litre map pocket.  There is also a hidden storage tray under the front passenger seat for your valuables (on Acenta and Tekna grades).  Rear passengers have their own compartment which stores small items or opens up to hold two 500ml bottles.  Up front, the fascia-top lidded tray is ideal for sunglasses and the deep door pockets can hold eight CD's.

Safety first

Nothing is more precious than your family. That’s why the new NOTE comes with so many safety features as standard. Like ABS, EBD and BAS (the Brake Assist System which increases braking pressure in emergencies) for class-leading braking. And four airbags, increased to six on Acenta and Tekna grades, for added protection. Factor in an exceptionally rigid body shell that augments stability and handling and you’ve got a car that provides ultimate safety for all your family’s adventures.

Excellent braking

The NOTE stops as well as it goes. Nissan Brake Assist (NBAS) automatically increases braking pressure, reducing emergency stopping distances by up to 15%. And the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) monitors each wheel and prevents them from locking – keeping you in control of steering.

6 airbags & active headrests

Four airbags – front and side - are standard, protecting you and your passengers. Curtain airbags are available on Acenta and Tekna grades. As are active headrests that move forward on impact to helping prevent whiplash in the event of a rear collision.

With four different grades, up to three different engines, manual or automatic transmission and eleven body colours, it’s easy to create the NOTE that suits you best.
